Traffic Control
BESS offers various types of traffic control services such as single lane closures, multiple lane closures, vehicle and pedestrian flagging, freeway shoulder closures and temporary roadway sign setup. Closures are monitored to ensure proper positioning and compliance with regulations.
Plans & Permitting
BESS has worked with agencies throughout California for many years to plan and obtain encroachment permits into the public right of way. We employ a full time CAD department dedicated to planning, consulting and submitting traffic plans for permitting from simple City closures to stamped and signed department of transportation encroachment permits.
