Diana brings to Bess Testlab Inc. over twenty years of senior level experience in both qualitative and quantitative research, with vast experience in culturally sensitive social marketing campaigns. She has managed market research projects for a broad range of companies such as General Mills, Coca-Cola, The Clorox Company, Levi Strauss, American Honda Motor Company, Colgate-Palmolive, Kaiser Permanente – just to name a few. She has translated all this great experience into the Construction/Engineering business helping BESS create a marketing department that elevates the proposal presentation, bid competitiveness, and partner/vendor relations that have increase BESS business revenues.
Diana holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications Science from the University of Lima, Peru. Her multi-cultural background has proven to be an invaluable resource in the construction field. Prior to coming to the U.S., Ms. Layseca worked as a producer for J. Walter Thompson in Peru where she gained extensive experience in coordinating the production of television and radio commercials and in managing production budgets.
